Processing Time
Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During new product launches, sales or busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and are estimates only. Occasionally, delays may occur due to customs processing, courier delays or peak shipping periods, which are unfortunately outside of our control.
Duties & Taxes
For customers in Australia, New Zealand, the United States and the United Kingdom, your order is shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means Kindly & Co covers applicable duties and import charges, so you shouldn't receive any unexpected customs fees upon delivery.
For orders shipped outside of these countries, duties, taxes and import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations.
Taxes and applicable charges are calculated during checkout where available. Any additional import charges not collected at checkout remain the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that certain regions within the European Union and other international destinations may not be eligible for DDP shipping.
Incorrect Address Information
Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order.
Kindly & Co cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
If your parcel is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend your order.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
We'll work with our shipping partners to investigate and do everything we can to resolve the issue.
